Blonde de Noirs (Cuvee Nine) is a very limited release of sparkling wine. This sparkling wine was made in the traditional methode Champenoise. Aromas are a combination of brioche and a hint of berry with bright citrus. Lingering finish of citrus, raspberry, and toast that begs for another taste.
Marilyn’s favorite drink was sparkling wine and there is a persistent story/urban legend that she once took a bath in 350 bottles of sparkling wine.
